Job summary

Links ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team in New Jersey. We offer in-home and community services with supervision from our Executive Director and Clinical Director.

The role includes developing and monitoring language, social, and communication programs and training staff on behavior plans. We provide hybrid positions throughout New Jersey, competitive pay, generous PTO/sick time, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required in psychology, special education or related field.
• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills are essential.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism and related disorders in-home and community.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, positive, and team-oriented.
