Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, and work with a multi-disciplinary team to support learners and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA license or exam within the next 3 months (students welcome).
• Experience applying ABA with children with ASD.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions to support children with autism.
• Share in client progress as positive behaviors emerge and skills are learned.
• Support families by discussing assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Mentor and train the growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Physically engage with clients during sessions as needed (moving, standing, bending, lifting).
