Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking BCBA clinicians to deliver ABA services to children with autism across ages birth to 21. The role emphasizes clinical impact, collaboration with a supportive team, and flexible schedules for full-time or part-time engagement.

Expect professional respect, ongoing CEU opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. A retention bonus up to $20,000 is available for full-time hires, with compensation in the $100,000–$115,000 range depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (or sitting for exam in next 3 months).
• Demonstrated ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in clients' achievements as they develop positive behaviors.
• Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Mentor and orient a growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Move with clients during sessions, involving physical activity as needed.
