Proud Moments ABA in Maryland seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions, support families, and monitor progress to improve outcomes for children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise ABA interventions for children 2–15.
• Support families by communicating assessment results and treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Mentor and orient behavioral technicians.
