Job summary

Links ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The BCBA will provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in home and community settings, under supervision by our Executive Director & Clinical Director.

The role includes creating and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains, training staff, and collaborating within a treatment team.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be eligible for state licensure where applicable.
• Master’s degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills required.
• Established management skills and ability to work well with a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community settings under supervision.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Train paraprofessionals on implementing instructional programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work effectively in a team.
