Job summary

EARLY LENS NEUROBEHAVIORAL CENTER in the United States seeks a Behavioral Therapist to join our team. You will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans to support clients and families.

The ideal candidate is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with the passion to make a difference in the community, delivering evidence-based approaches in a flexible, in-home setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field.
• Current and unrestricted clinical social worker license.
• Experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred.
• BLS and CPR certified.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform intakes and assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Perform regular wellness checks
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
