Strive ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team and supervise in-home ABA therapists. The BCBA will assess children with a range of behavioral and emotional needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure progress through regular reports and collaborations with families.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• Current BACB certification required.
• 2-3 years of experience with children, adolescents, and families using behavior analytic techniques.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design, monitor, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide field supervision and write performance evaluations for behavior technicians.
• Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed.
• Produce progress reports and treatment plans to meet regulatory and funding timelines.
• Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
