Qualifications

• Experience with autism or related developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in documenting progress and data.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment goals.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach.
• Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a safe and positive therapeutic environment.
