Job summary

Powerback Pediatrics is seeking an In-Home Pediatric ABA BCBA to support our clients in a flexible, clinician-friendly environment. The role blends in-home and telehealth service delivery, focusing on assessments, behavior plans, and supervision of Behavior Technicians.

You will perform initial and six-month assessments, develop child-specific treatment plans, supervise technicians, ensure timely documentation, and provide parent training to help families achieve meaningful outcomes for children

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university meeting BACB guidelines.
• BCBA Certification OR Mid-Level (Market Specific) requirements.
• 1+ year working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical aspects of clients' care, including assessments, behavior plan development, and supervision of Behavior Technicians.
• Supervise the clinical delivery of care, including activities by Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct initial and six-month assessments and recommend plans aligned with clients' goals.
• Provide supervision of Behavior Treatment Modification at a 10% ratio to Behavior Technician services.
• Deliver parent training for at least 1 hour each month.
• Develop child-specific behavior treatment plans.
• Ensure licensure and compliance requirements are up to date for clinicians and technicians.
• Return required documentation timely to capture services rendered and meet payer requirements.
• Review Behavior Technician documentation for accuracy and quality of service.
• Provide feedback and coaching to technicians from a clinical standpoint.
• Ensure prescribed hours are utilized.
• Position may involve in-home and telehealth delivery.
