Loom Remodelers is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Cherry Hill Township, NJ. You’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to design and present bathroom remodeling solutions, guided by our marketing-generated appointments and a proven sales process.

This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential with a 20% commission on jobs sold at full margin, paid training, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of in-home sales, home improvement sales, or commission-based sales experience.
• Background in bath remodeling, kitchens, windows, roofing, solar, or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable discussing financing options with homeowners.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
• Professional attitude with strong organizational skills.
• Outgoing personality and ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home bathroom consultations with homeowners.
• Measure spaces and assess customer needs.
• Present Bath Concepts products, design options, and financing solutions.
• Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to create customized bathroom designs.
• Deliver compelling presentations and close sales during the initial appointment.
• Attend weekly sales training sessions to continue developing your skills.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships throughout the sales process.
