Loom Remodelers in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, design customized bathroom remodeling solutions, and guide clients through selections and financing. This no cold-calling role focuses on relationship-building and closing sales during the first appointment.

You'll operate with our iPad-based sales system, receive pre-set appointments, and enjoy a 100% commission-based compensation plan with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of in-home or home-improvement sales experience, or commission-based sales.
• Background in remodeling-related fields is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and closing abilities.
• Comfortable discussing financing options with homeowners.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
• Professional with strong organizational skills.
• Outgoing personality and ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home bathroom consultations with homeowners.
