Job summary

Loom Remodelers is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet pre-qualified homeowners and design and present bathroom remodeling solutions. You will guide product selections, financing, and project planning using our iPad-based system, with a focus on closing sales at the first appointment.

This is a 100% commission-based role with pre-set appointments, paid training, and opportunities for growth. Evening and weekend hours are expected to maximize closing opportunities across South Jersey

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of in-home or commission-based sales experience.
• Background in home improvement remodeling preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable discussing financing options with homeowners.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Evenings and weekends availability.

About The Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to design and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions. Using our innovative technology and proven sales process, you'll guide customers through product selections, financing options, and project planning while helping them transform their homes.

This is a no cold-calling opportunity. All appointments are generated through our marketing efforts, home shows, and events, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of in-home sales, home improvement sales, or commission-based sales experience
• Background in bath remodeling, kitchens, windows, roofing, solar, or related industries preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Comfortable discussing financing options with homeowners
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Professional attitude with strong organizational skills
• Outgoing personality and ability to build rapport quickly
