Job summary

Loom Remodelers is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and guide them through bathroom remodeling solutions. This role uses our iPad-based sales system to design options, present financing, and close sales at the initial visit.

All appointments are generated through marketing, with paid training, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Earn 100% commission with a 20% commission on jobs sold at full margin, unlimited earning potential,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of in-home or commission-based sales experience.
• Background in bath remodeling or related home improvement areas preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners.
• Measure spaces and assess customer needs.
• Present products, design options, and financing solutions.
• Use iPad-based sales system to create designs.
• Close sales at the initial appointment.
• Attend weekly sales training and maintain client relationships.
