Job summary

Loom Remodelers is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners, design and present bathroom remodeling solutions, and guide them through product selections and financing options. This no cold-calling role uses our iPad-based system to create customized designs and close deals on the initial visit.

You will join a growing team with pre-set appointments, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training to develop sales skills and earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of in-home or commission-based sales experience.
• Experience in bath remodeling or home improvement preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• Comfort discussing financing options with homeowners.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Professional demeanor with strong organizational skills.
• Outgoing personality and ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home bathroom consultations with homeowners.
• Measure spaces and assess customer needs.
• Present Bath Concepts products, design options, and financing solutions.
• Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to create customized bathroom designs.
