Job summary

Loom Remodelers in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to design and present bathroom remodeling solutions during in-home consultations, guiding customers through product selections and financing options. You will work with our marketing-generated appointments, with no cold-calling, using our iPad-based sales system to create customized designs and close deals at the first visit.

This role offers a 100% commission-based structure with high earning potential and ongoing

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year in-home or commission-based sales.
Experience in home improvement or remodeling preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
Able to discuss financing options with homeowners.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Professional, organized, and rapport-building personality.
Outgoing with ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

Conduct professional in-home bathroom consultations.
Measure spaces and assess customer needs.
Present Bath Concepts products and financing options.
Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to create customized bathroom designs.
