Gen-X Renovations is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners in the Covington, LA area and close bathroom remodeling projects using our iPad-based sales system.

You will present design options, discuss pricing, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while building long-term relationships. This commission-driven role offers unlimited earning potential and ongoing sales training within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Experience in the home improvement or remodeling industry is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and residency within the local service area.
• Confidence presenting to homeowners and delivering professional sales presentations.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have expressed interest in our products and services.
• Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continually develop your skills.
• Utilize our easy-to-use software to create customized bath designs and solutions.
• Present pricing options and confidently close sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with prospective customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and sales activity reports.
