Job summary

Gen-X Renovations is seeking an in-home sales representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present innovative bath remodeling solutions that fit their needs. This outside sales role uses an iPad-based sales system to design, present, and close high-quality projects.

You will be responsible for professional presentations, negotiating pricing, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, with ongoing training and performance-based earnings in a commission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and residency within the local service area.
• Ability to present pricing options and close sales.
• Experience in home improvement or remodeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have expressed interest in our products and services
• Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continually develop your skills
• Utilize our easy-to-use software to create customized bath designs and solutions
• Present pricing options and confidently close sales
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Follow up with prospective customers as needed
• Maintain accurate records and sales activity reports

Compensation

This is a commission-based position. Earn 10% commission on every sold job. Providing excellent income potential for motivated sales professionals. There is no cap on your earnings. Your success is directly tied to your performance.

About The Role
