Gen-X Renovations is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative in Covington, LA. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, design, present, and close high-quality bath remodeling projects using an iPad-based sales system.

This outside sales role requires strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with ongoing training and a flexible schedule in a commission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Experience in the home improvement or remodeling industry is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and residency within the local service area.
• Confidence presenting to homeowners and delivering professional sales presentations.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have expressed interest in our products and services.
• Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continually develop your skills.
• Utilize our easy-to-use software to create customized bath designs and solutions.
• Present pricing options and confidently close sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with prospective customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and sales activity reports.
