Job summary

Gen-X Renovations is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present bath remodeling solutions. You’ll use our iPad-based sales system to design, present, and close high-quality projects in customers' homes.

The role emphasizes outside sales, strong communication, and the ability to deliver professional presentations. Residency within the local service area is required, with an emphasis on commission-driven earnings and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Present pricing options and confidently close sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with prospective customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and sales activity reports.
