Gen-X Renovations is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners in Covington, LA and surrounding areas, presenting bath remodeling solutions and closing sales using our iPad-based system.

The role focuses on outside sales with no cap on earnings, and includes ongoing sales training and development within a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position. Earn 10% commission on every sold job. Providing excellent income potential for motivated sales professionals. There is no cap on your earnings. Your success is directly tied to your performance.

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Gen-X Renovations, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath remodeling solutions that fit their needs and vision. This outside sales position utilizes advanced technology to design, present, and close high-quality bath remodeling projects.
