The role emphasizes outside sales, strong communication, and the ability to deliver professional presentations. Residency within the local service area is required, with an emphasis on commission-driven earnings and ongoing training.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position. Earn 10% commission on every sold job. Providing excellent income potential for motivated sales professionals. There is no cap on your earnings. Your success is directly tied to your performance.

About The Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Gen-X Renovations, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting innovative bath remodeling solutions that fit their needs and vision. This outside sales position utilizes advanced technology to design, present, and close high-quality bath remodeling projects.
