Gen-X Renovations in Covington, LA is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present innovative bath remodeling solutions.

This outside sales role uses an iPad-based system to design, present, and close high-quality projects, with commission-based pay and ongoing training. Residency in the local service area is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Experience in the home improvement or remodeling industry is a plus
• Reliable transportation and residency within the local service area

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have expressed interest in our products and services
• Participate in weekly sales training sessions to continually develop your skills
• Utilize our easy-to-use software to create customized bath designs and solutions
• Present pricing options and confidently close sales
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Follow up with prospective customers as needed
• Maintain accurate records and sales activity reports

Compensation

This is a commission-based position. Earn 10% commission on every sold job. Providing excellent income potential for motivated sales professionals. There is no cap on your earnings. Your success is directly tied to your performance.

About the Role
