This role requires coaching teams, leveraging Salesforce dashboards, and aligning sales with marketing and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing successful sales teams.
• CRM experience with pipeline management, reporting, dashboards and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using technology to drive outcomes.
• Proven ability to motivate a team through changing market conditions and seasonal demand.
• Experience in home improvement or in-home consultative sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of in-home, B2C sales professionals.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and field support to strengthen skills.
• Manage revenue, conversion rates, pipeline, and productivity.
