Job summary

Responsibilities

Oversee an assigned portfolio of rental accounts with strong customer relationships.
Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using management tools.
Complete deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups for accounts and merchandise.
Provide white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and in customerss homes.
Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
