Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Arkansas is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and coordinating deliveries and pickups.

You will build strong customer relationships, conduct early-stage collections, maintain showroom standards, and ensure safety and operational guidelines are followed while supporting growth of account health. This is a full-time role with weekly pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1-6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and at customers' homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines.
