Job summary

Lighthouse ABA, a New York City-based provider of in-home ABA services for children with autism, seeks passionate Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will deliver one-on-one therapy under BCBA supervision, supporting skill development, communication, and independence in a family setting.

You’ll build strong relationships with children and families, document progress, follow treatment plans, and participate in ongoing training to enhance your ABA practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous ABA experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to participate in training and follow BCBA-guided plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized treatment plans for each child.
• Record data and progress accurately for each session.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers about goals and progress.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve ABA skills.
