Job summary

Champions ABA - MA seeks a Behavior Technician to support in-home and community-based ABA therapy in Mashpee, MA. You will work with BCBAs and the treatment team to implement individualized plans and collect progress data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years of experience in ABA or related field.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other members of the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Implement:Aversive and Differential Reinforcement (ABA) techniques to address a range of behaviors
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with family members and caregivers to ensure effective communication and implementation of treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client data and progress
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company initiatives
