Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and the clinical team to support meaningful client outcomes.

Qualified candidates will hold a current RBT certification, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be willing to travel locally. Part-time availability with flexible scheduling is offered.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• Experience in ABA or working with children preferred.
• Pass a background check required.
• Reliable transportation and local travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.
