Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. You will provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
• Experience in ABA or working with children is beneficial.
• Ability to pass a background check and reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.
