Job summary

Ambitions seeks a part-time Registered/Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA treatment under BCBA supervision in clients' homes. You will follow the treatment plan, prepare for sessions, and engage families with professional care.

Experience with children and at least 1 year in applied behavior analysis is preferred. The role offers in-home, in-person work with flexible hours and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• BT: 1 year (Preferred).
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred).
• Experience with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow guidance from the BCBA for each client's treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions by understanding structure and gathering materials.
• Arrive on time and interact with client per the treatment plan.
• Establish and maintain a paired relationship with the client.
• Implement intervention procedures per the plan and BCBA guidance.
• Communicate questions and feedback to BCBA promptly.
• Interact with parents and caregivers professionally per ethical codes.
