Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a part-time in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or BT to support ABA therapy under a BCBA. You will deliver one-on-one sessions, implement plans, collect data via Central Reach, and help with behavior intervention strategies while maintaining a safe, supportive setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors through Central Reach.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy.
