Key Autism Services is seeking experienced Behavioral Therapists to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in-home and at our centers, under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement plans, and participate in regular supervision to ensure quality care.

We offer structured onboarding, ongoing clinical support, and opportunities for growth, including Masters BCBA program support. Competitive compensation applies across in-home and center settings.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 months' ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active RBT certification (not required but a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions.
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA.
• Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high‑quality, consistent care.
