Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. This role emphasizes data collection, ongoing staff training, and close collaboration with supervising staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
