Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to work in the homes of children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans and participate in ongoing training.

The role involves regular communication with supervisory staff, data collection, and weekday and weekend availability to support families. This position offers meaningful daily impact and collaboration with experienced clinicians.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
