Job summary

Heartlinks ABA NC is hiring for an in-home Behavior Technician role. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to deliver ABA services to children, implement programs, and help them achieve communication and daily living goals.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Completed 40-hour RBT training
• Reliable transportation and driver's license
• Experience with Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) preferred
• Pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA services to children under BCBA supervision
• Implement ABA programs designed by the BCBA
• Help children meet functional goals and develop skills
• Track progress using data collection system
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth behavior plan implementation
