Job summary

Heartlinks ABA NC is seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to provide in-home ABA services to children with autism under BCBA supervision. We welcome both experienced RBTs and newcomers eager to make a difference.

You will implement ABA programs, track progress with our data system, collaborate with families, and pursue growth with tuition reimbursement and BCBA supervision opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed 40-hour RBT training.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience with Applied Behavioral Analysis.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home under supervision.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals.
• Track progress using data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
