Job summary

Heartlinks ABA IN is hiring dedicated individuals to provide in-home and community ABA services under supervision of a BCBA. The role supports children with autism by implementing ABA programs, collecting data, and ensuring consistent behavior plans across families.

Ideal candidates are 18+, hold an active RBT certification, and have a high school diploma. The position offers a flexible schedule, full-time hours (25+ per week), and opportunities for growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have an active RBT certification from the BACB website.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that meet functional goals and needs.
• Complete progress notes in our data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure smooth implementation of behavior plans.
