Job summary

Heartlinks ABA NC seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services to children under BCBA supervision. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay with training compensation, and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and BCBA supervision.

You'll help children build communication and daily living skills while tracking progress with our data system and collaborating closely with families across North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
• Completed forty (40) hour RBT training course.
• Consistent, reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience in doing Applied Behavioral Analysis.
• Pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow the kiddos to meet their functional goals and needs.
• Keep track of progress using our data collection system.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of behavior plans by actively collaborating with the families
