Whether you're an experienced RBT or starting your career, you will work under a BCBA supervisor to deliver customized programs to children with autism, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Completed 40-hour RBT training.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills that allow children to meet functional goals.
• Keep track of progress using data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
