Job summary

Advanceable ABA VA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in Stafford, Fredericksburg, King George and Locust Grove. You will work 1:1 with children in their home environment, implementing individualized ABA plans under a BCBA’s supervision.

The role offers flexible part-time schedules and opportunities for professional growth, with paid training, PTO, and certification support. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or path to certification.
• Passion for working with children and advancing ABA
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Implement individualized ABA plans for children.
• Develop communication, social, and daily-living skills.
• Record progress with session data and notes.
• Coordinate with families and clinical team; attend supervision.
