Job summary

Kennedy ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Raleigh area, with afternoon and weekend hours.

You’ll implement BCBA-created treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to support progress while maintaining a safe, engaging session environment.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy (required).
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
