Kennedy ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Timberlake, NC during late afternoons and some weekend hours.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($20–$28/hour), paid training, and certification support. You will implement BCBA-created plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to help children reach their potential.

Qualificações

• Active and valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy (required).
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
