Job summary

Kennedy ABA in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy during late afternoon and some weekends. This role supports children with evidence-based practices and offers flexible, rewarding hours.

You will implement BCBA-created treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to promote progress while maintaining a safe, engaging session environment.

Qualifications

• Active and valid RBT certification.
• Experience working with children or in ABA therapy.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to work weekday evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging session environment.
