New Patterns ABA FL is seeking registered behavior technicians to provide 1:1 in-home and community-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect progress data, and support families in a client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification through BACB preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community-based settings.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Assist in the development of behavior intervention strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families.
• Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines.
