Job summary

New Patterns Aba is seeking dedicated RBTs and Behavior Technicians for part-time roles in Florida. You will work under supervision to implement individualized ABA plans in clients’ homes and community settings, collecting progress data and supporting families.

The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth within the company. Prior ABA experience is preferred, with BACB RBT certification highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current RBT certification through BACB preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to homes and community settings.
• Ability to work with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community settings.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Contribute to behavior intervention strategies and team meetings.
