New Patterns Aba is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team in Florida. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA, collecting progress data and assisting in developing behavior intervention strategies.

The role emphasizes empathy, flexibility, and strong communication with clients and families, with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in-home and community settings.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a positive relationship with clients and families.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and standards.
