Job summary

All About ABA, LLC is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team in-home in New Jersey. You will implement ABA therapy plans under supervision of a BCBA and provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities.

You will collect and record progress data using Central Reach, collaborate with the BCBA, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment. Flexible part-time hours with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience with ABA therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Collect and record data on progress and behaviors through Central Reach
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy
