Job summary

Finni Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Chesterfield, MO for in-person, part-time support. You will work closely with a BCBA, delivering individualized in-home ABA therapy to help children build new skills and confidence.

This role offers daytime and evening shifts, mileage reimbursement, and a benefits package for staff averaging 30+ hours per week. A background check is required; candidates must be 18+, hold an active RBT certification and CPR.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, especially those with special needs.
• Active CPR and RBT certification.
• Passion for helping others grow and succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home and community.
• Collect and record data on the child’s progress.
• Collaborate with families and your BCBA supervisor.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities.
