Job summary

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities in Winston-Salem, NC, and surrounding areas. The role is flexible, with part-time and full-time options and 15–25+ hours per week.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, you’ll deliver individualized ABA plans, collect data, and communicate progress. A high school diploma is required and active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) with

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share updates and progress with your BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
