Job summary

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities in Goldsboro, NC, and surrounding areas. This part-time or full-time role offers flexibility, mentorship, and professional growth within a supportive team.

You will deliver individualized ABA treatment plans, collect data, and communicate progress to the supervising BCBA, while maintaining confidentiality and ethical

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share updates and progress with your BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
